Forum: web Subject: Archived page redirects to a nonexistent URL

This archived URL:
http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.wideknowledge.net/nokiaipso/index.html

Conceretely this only archived date:
http://web.archive.org/web/20080127093133/http://www.wideknowledge.net/nokiaipso/index.html

Redirects to a nonexistent URL:
http://www.wideknowledge.net.way_back_stub/nokiaipso/index.html

Notice the top-level domain "way_back_stub". What does it mean. Is the page archived and temporarily unavailable or what?

That "way_back_stub" thing is certainly weird, but I don't see it. Perhaps it was a software bug that is now solved.
With me, the site redirects to:

http://web.archive.org/web/20071225034954/www.wideknowledge.net/nokiaipso/wwhelp/wwhimpl/common/html/switch.htm

Strangely, that page is empty.

It is strange. I checked it right now and it still redirects to:
http://www.wideknowledge.net.way_back_stub/nokiaipso/wwhelp/wwhimpl/common/html/switch.htm

Same problem but with other domains, like

http://www.euskaltel.es

I can access 2002 and 2008 archived versions of the site, but not the 2005 or 2006. For instance, I cannot access the following link:

http://web.archive.org/web/20070710112029/http://www.euskaltel.es/

It redirects me to

http://www.euskaltel.es.way_back_stub/web/index.jsp

I tried in FireFox 3.0.4, Google Chrome and IE 7.
* FF3. A DNS error trying to resolve http://www.euskaltel.es.way_back_stub/web/index.jsp
* GChrome. It shows a DNS error trying to resolve http://www.euskaltel.es.way_back_stub/web/index.jsp
* With IE7 I received the "Not in archive" error.

I am accessing from Spain.
